Star heroine Pooja Hegde might be feeling sad for missing out on such a big film which is getting huge applause now. In fact, the role of Sita played by Bollywood TV actress Mrinal Thakur in other day released “Sitaramam” has impressed everyone. But the fact is that this role actually belongs to the Maharshi beauty and here is why she missed it.
Though Mrinal revealed that she’s the first choice for the role, actually the makers have cast Pooja Hegde for the role, and she has allotted a month of dates for the movie.
But after sets were built and the crew was about to take off with the shoot, Pooja is down with covid and that worried the producers. As they will be incurring huge losses if they postpone the shooting, they have decided to get some alternative immediately and director Hanu Raghavapudi is said to have found none other than Mrinal very interesting.
Had coronavirus not played the bad part, surely Pooja Hegde would have got this princess role, which she has played in many films already in an effortless and flawless style.
