These days we are witnessing the re-release of some hit-and-flop films from the past decade as fans want to celebrate the birthdays of their favorite heroes. In recent times we have seen NTR’s Aadi, Mahesh’s Pokiri, Balayya’s Chennakesava Reddy and Prabhas’ Billa released in theatres. And here goes the trend to the next level.
One film that has impressed many sections of the audience during the 2020 covid pandemic ensured lockdown is none other than “Color Photo”. Featuring YouTuber Suhaas and short film fame Chandini Chowdhary in the leads, this film directed by Sandeep of Chaibisket fame has won accolades. Also, it went on to win the Best Regional Telugu Cinema award at the 68th National Film Awards as well. And now, this film is going to be released in theatres to celebrate the 2nd anniversary of the film’s release.
On November 19th, 2022, when there is no competition around, now this “Color Photo” is going to hit the box office for the first time. Surprisingly the leading pair of this film are going to get major attention with this release, as their other films haven’t worked out later. While Suhaas hasn’t seen a major theatrical release, Chandini’s films like Sammathame failed big time. Hope the sensational OTT movie brings back some glory again.
