Top Celebs Worried With Lack Of Liquor

It is almost 25 days that India has gone into this unexpected lockdown scene, due to the Covid-19 pandemic and there is no chance at least for the next couple of weeks for sanctions to get lifted. And one of the primary timepass and luxury thing is nothing but the consumption of alcohol, has given a big shock to many habituated drinkers.

With wine shops shut and there is no chance of getting home delivery of alcohol, not just common man, but rich celebs are also suffering heavily. From that big star who is famous for drinking a couple of pegs of that local brand to that heroine who is known for having a beer each day, they have run out of stocks, say reports.

For some time, actually people who are close to bar owners and wineshop dealers have supplied alcohol to these celebs. But with police catching such illegal wine sellers and also the peddlers, the whole of wine banks at celebs’ houses turned empty. Some big stars are said to be requesting political honchos to show them a way to get a couple of bottles at the least.

As Telangana is under shutdown till May 7th, there is no chance even smelling alcohol unless the government decides to open them. But for public wine shops to be opened, social distancing is the worrying thing that is allowing the government to lose lots of income they get from excise department.
