Waltair Veerayya & Veera Simha Reddy
Going by the things that are happening in Tollywood right now, one would easily understand that a section of producers is not liking dubbed films to be released during Sankranthi eve. But then, who is actually worried about those releases is something that surprises all.
Knowing from the news on web media that producer Dil Raju is planning to release Varasadu and Thunivu at the Telugu box office for Sankranthi 2023, the Producers Council of Telugu Cinema has first released a notice saying that dubbed films shouldn’t be made a priority during festival seasons. While Dil Raju kept quiet, Allu Arvind stated that stopping dubbed movies is unstoppable. And then, Producers Council secretary Prasanna Kumar reacted to this, saying that it is a helpless situation but the big producers have to face consequences.
Keeping all these statements aside, when Megastar Chiranjeevi’s close aid Allu Arvind is giving a green signal for dubbed movies, it could be understood that there is no problem to acquire theatres or screens for Waltair Veerayya. And Balayya’s film will anyway get a huge number of theatres. So who is really worrying about the release of Varasudu and Thunivu along with Veerayya and Veerasimha Reddy here? A mysterious force maybe!
