Official: Pawan Is ‘Ustaad Bhagat Singh’

Pawan Kalyan and Harish Shankar combination is returning to celluloid and there are speculations that it is the remake of Tamil hit Theri. But, neither the director nor the film’s producers have given an official statement on the same. Meanwhile, the team silently announced the project and released the first look, with title.

From the last few days, Pawan’s fans are posting tweets with the hashtag, #WeDontWantTheriRemake. However, the film’s producers, Mythri Movie Makers, silently announced the film this morning.

Earlier, the film’s title is Bhavadeeyudu Bhagat Singh and now, the team changed the title to Ustaad Bhagat Singh. There is no clarity if the film is the remake of Theri but the poster indicates at a serious action drama.

Pawan Kalyan is expected to play a powerful police officer in the film. The poster also carries the text, “This time, It’s not just Entertainment”, and “Manalni Evadra Aapedi”.

Ayananka Bose is the cinematographer of the film. Devi Sri Prasad will compose the music for the film. The film’s shoot will begin soon.
