Ace producers like Dil Raju already stated many times that whatever the theatre-sharing issues that are creating uproar before the release, will get changed once the film releases.
Many felt that Waltair Veerayya and Veera Simha Reddy are not getting enough theatres due to lack of a proper distribution channel, but then, if we look at Jan 16th show count in Hyderabad, we will understand the reality.
On its Day 4 of release (Jan 16) which happens to be the Kanuma holiday, it looks like Megastar Chiranjeevi’s movie got a red carpet welcome from most of the theatres. Currently, the film is scheduled for almost 389 shows in Hyderabad alone on Jan 16th, showcasing its mass power.
This is followed by Dil Raju’s Vaarasudu and including the Tamil version of it, the film has 303 shows getting screened on Monday. Balayya’s Veera Simha Reddy’s got 270 shows, while Kalyanam Kamaneeyam has 59 shows scheduled for the day.
Within the next few days, once the Holiday week is over, the show counts of all these big films might come down but it looks like Waltair Veerayya will get a majority of screens, while Vaarasudu due to its dull performance might lose the count.
