No For Promotions, Yes For Parties!

It’s a well-known fact that Kollywood superstar Thalapathy Vijay stays as far as possible from movie promotions. Even before shooting, Vijay signs a contract with Tamil directors and producers that he shall attend only one promotional event for each film. Hence, the Tamil Film Industry plans events accordingly and arranges one grand promotional event for their films when Vijay is the lead.

But this time, the producer Dil Raju and director Vamshi Paidipally for Vijay’s latest super hit “Varisu” are both Telugu people. Thus, it was anticipated that Vijay would attend one event, at least in Hyderabad.

When the release date was pushed back, Dil Raju even said in a press meet that he shall bring Vijay to Hyderabad. Unfortunately, none of it happened, leaving some Telugu Vijay fans disappointed.

But recently, Vijay was seen in Hyderabad for a party organized by Dil Raju after Varisu’s grand success in Tamil. This has displeased some netizens and fans who pointed out that Vijay could come to Hyderabad for a party but not attend a single event to promote his film in Telugu or greet his fans.

Anyway, will any of this displeasure reach Vijay? Will they take any action if it reaches them? Only time will tell.
