Is Samantha’s Film Slipping Out Of Race?

We have already let you know how the month of February is going to be magic for Telugu audiences with a series of small and big films getting ready to hit cinemas. And among the big films we have the likes of Kalyan Ram’s Amigos and Samantha’s Shaakuntalam. Here is a rumour being heard right now.

Though Samantha’s Shaakuntalam is set for a Feb 17th release owing to the Sivarathri holiday, it is being said that the main investor and distributor of the film Dil Raju is not happy with the date now. Though he’s the one who has fixed it, the producer might shift the release to a week later as per the talks he has held with his distribution circles. However, all the distributors have already made arrangements for Shaakuntalam release, and a change in plans would badly affect the plans.

On the other hand, Dil Raju is supposed to make an announcement regarding the big release of the film with Samantha also attending the press-met. But then, these postponement rumours have taken centre stage for no reason. We have to see what happens.
