Queen bee Samantha Ruth Prabhu is always known for her fitness and though she’s suffering and recovering from muscle inflammation right now, she’s back to the gym. And day by day, the actress is once again showcasing her previous glory when it comes to pumping iron.
Last night, the pretty siren shared a video from a gym in Mumbai, where she is doing cardio on the floor. In fact, she has shown this balancing act of lying back on the floor with only one leg touching the ground and then getting up to the standing position with the other leg never touching the ground. That’s a great act of balancing and showcases the strength in one’s back and glutes.
“This looks fun except it really isn’t, will you try?” asks Samantha as she felt that 2023 is the year to get stronger. More than any spicy photoshoots or other interesting pictures, Smaantha’s workout videos are more powerful, motivating and also an eye-candy treat to her fans.
This video also shows how hard she is working every day to recover, at the same time preparing for the action-packed role she plays in the Indian version of Citadel web series.
