There is a lot happening from our Indian actors in the last few days. A group of actors and talented technicians flew to Los Angeles USA to attend the Oscars 95 event and another group of actors like Nora Fatehi, Disha Patani, and Akshay also have been performing in the shows in the US. Last night many stunning beauties of the Indian film industry sizzled with the ramp walks at the very popular Lakme Fashion week.

Telugu girl Sobhita Dhulipala too walked down the ramp and she looked min blowing in the Tarun Tahiliani-designed dress. Sobhita posted pictures of herself from the photoshoot before the ramp walk.

Sobhita wore a modern age corset-style concept saree that is uplifted with crystal highlights around the waist.

She captioned the bunch with, ‘..draping is a soft, cocooning, fluid and primordial art—beautiful in its thoughtful cinching and sculpting essence. What started with a man wrapping himself in basic drapes on this subcontinent has evolved into countless forms over the decades and made way for an array of exquisitely-crafted textiles.

The Indian dialogue of drape, and cultural identity is a fine form developing over millennia. We are simplifying it for the contemporary context, without relying on surface ornamentation.
