Virupaksha emerged as a new-age thriller with perfect ingredients wherever needed. The supernatural thriller is enthralling the genre-loving audience and is heading towards becoming one of the biggest hits in recent times.
Irrespective of success or failure, almost every other movie leaves the audience cliffhanging at the end so they can plan for a sequel if everything falls in place. Virupaksha is not an exception and the director left a small hint that says the sequel is coming.
When asked about the same during the Twitter interaction, Sai Dharam Tej confirmed that the sequel is coming, which is the reason for that hint in the end. A story like Virupaksha has the scope to have an extension and who knows, it might turn into a franchise like other movies.
It has to be seen how Virupaksha 2 will thrill the audience. For now, the movie is heading towards collecting big at the box office.
