Last Thursday, Megastar Chiranjeevi shocked his fans and friends in the film fraternity when he posted a photograph of his baldhead. “Can I think like a monk?,” Chiru wrote in his post.

Needless to say, the photograph went viral within minutes and a majority of netizens thought that Chiru had really shaved off his head as part of a trial shoot for one of his upcoming projects. Of course, some people also wondered if the image was photoshopped.

And finally, Chiru himself has ended the suspense today. He took to his Instagram and shared a video in which a meticulous team of make-up artists worked on Chiru’s hair and gave him the Urban Monk look. Fans are amazed to see that the baldhead was a creation in a green room instead of a salon or on Photoshop.

Call it a coincidence but Chiru’s Urban Monk bald look is being seen by fans as an answer to Nagarjuna’s old man avatar in the hit reality show Bigg Boss. Both the stars’ distinct looks were revealed to public in a gap of just a few days.
