Legendary director SS Rajamouli is still taking a break from work while he is also looking after the script work of his upcoming film. Meanwhile, the star director of films like Baahubali and RRR revealed that he has actually embarked on a road trip to Central Tamilnadu at the insistence of his daughter. And as the director shared the video, surely it’s a stunning and delightful thing to see for his admirers.
“Wanted to do a road trip in central Tamilnadu for a long time. Thanks to my daughter who wanted to visit temples, we embarked upon it. Had been to Srirangam, Darasuram, Brihadeeswarar Koil, Rameshwaram, Kanadukathan, Thoothukudi and Madurai in the last week of June. Could only touch the tip of the iceberg in the given few days”, the director says, as he shared a collage video of the video clips and photos from the trip. Traveling along with him, his wife Rama, son Karthikeya, daughter Mayookha, and daughter-in-law Pooja Prasad could be seen in the videos.
The director is said to have got charmed by the exquisite architecture, amazing engineering and deep spiritual thought of Pandyas, Chola Nayakkars and many other rulers. At the same time, he savored local dishes in Mantrakoodam, Kumbakonam, and roadside hotels in Rameswaram, while putting his diet regimen aside.
