Baby Director Opens Up On Controversy With Vishwaksen

Director Sairajesh has clarified the controversy surrounding actor Vishwaksen’s rejection of the movie “Baby.” The film turned out to be one of the biggest blockbusters in Tollywood, exceeding expectations and earning over 80 crores with a modest budget of around 5 crores.

Initially, there were reports that Sairajesh wanted to cast Vishwaksen as the hero in the film.

However, Vishwaksen reportedly refused to listen to the script. Recently, at an event, Vishwaksen indirectly made a sarcastic comment, saying, “I am not biryani to please everyone.”

In response to the controversy, Sairajesh confirmed that Vishwaksen’s statement was true. He revealed that he did approach Vishwaksen with the script, but the actor chose not to hear it. Sairajesh expressed his confusion as to why Vishwaksen declined the opportunity and suggested that he might not be a priority director for the actor.

Sairajesh admitted that he was hurt by Vishwaksen’s words, which seemed to belittle his work. He emphasized that rejections from actors should be done respectfully. Sairajesh also recalled the effort he put into getting Vishwaksen’s first movie, “Vellipomake,” released.

Despite the disagreement, Sairajesh stated that he has no personal grudges against Vishwaksen and has moved on from the incident.
