Kantara 2: Story dates back to 4th century

“Kantara” has become a massive hit in both Kannada and Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Hindi. The film has collectively grossed four hundred crores at the box office, an impressive feat considering its modest 30 crore budget. With its tremendous success, all eyes eagerly anticipate “Kantara 2.”

Rishab Shetty has already begun the film’s shoot, and the reports close to the film unit reveal that the narrative of this second part (prequel) will be different from that of the first part. “Kantara” is a compelling mix of two periods, partly set in the 1970s and 1980s.

Now, the second part entirely unfolds in the 4th century. The film’s storytelling will be grand and engaging, capturing the audience’s imagination.

Director Rishabh Shetty has promised that “Kantara 2” will offer even more stunning visuals now that budget constraints are not an issue. However, contrary to the rumors, no Bollywood actors exist in the film.
