Vijay Deverakonda and Mrunal Thakur are set to enthrall audiences in the forthcoming Telugu film, ‘Family Star,’ helmed by director Parasuram, who is determined to make a triumphant comeback following his previous film’s underwhelming box office performance. The movie’s teaser offers a tantalizing glimpse into the character portrayed by Vijay Deverakonda.
The teaser commences with Vijay engaging in typical household chores and tasks conventionally associated with women, prompting a character, portrayed by Ajay Ghosh, to mock him.
However, Vijay Deverakonda, introduced in middle-class attire, quickly dispels any notions of gender-based limitations and showcases his ability to handle much more than meets the eye, demonstrating strength and determination. Vijay asks, “Pillalni ready cheese vaadu Magaadu kaadha?”
The teaser provides a revealing portrayal of Vijay Deverakonda’s character in ‘Family Star,’ indicating a film that adeptly balances family-centric emotions with elements that resonate with the masses. The story unfolds commercially, offering a captivating narrative.
It is noteworthy that Vijay Deverakonda plays the role of a married man in this film, reminiscent of his character in the previous film, ‘Kushi.’ The teaser concludes with the introduction of Mrunal Thakur, hinting at the endearing and loving dynamics between the husband and wife.
Produced by Dil Raju, ‘Family Star’ is primed for a grand release during Sankranthi in 2024.
