Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja recently developed a high-octane action thriller, marking his debut in Hindi Cinema. The film, amidst immense buzz and expectations, saw Ravi Teja as a thief. While the stage was set for an epic blockbuster, the outcome was an unexpected twist in the tale. Despite being branded as a disaster, the film already touched 50 Cr worldwide gross at the box office.
The film opened to a mixed bag of reviews, and then it progressed towards gaining negative talk. Critics had reservations about the film’s lengthy runtime, characterization, pace, and storyline. However, amidst this mixed reception, what stands out is the remarkable stardom of Ravi Teja.
“Tiger Nageswara Rao” managed to cross the ₹50 crore mark in gross worldwide earnings. This feat is a testament to Ravi Teja’s charismatic screen presence and his undivided fan base. With flop talk, Ravi Teja pulled out a stunner and had the movie garnered a positive response, the reception at the box office would have been unimaginable.
The film boasts a talented ensemble cast, including Anupam Kher, Nupur Sanon, Renu Desai, Jisshu Sengupta, Gayatri Bhardwaj, and Murali Sharma.
Directed by Vamsee and produced by Abhishek Agarwal, “Tiger Nageswara Rao” was based on the life of Stuvartpuram thief Nageswara Rao, who was known as Andhra Robinhood.
