We Have Our Own ‘Vyuhams’ And Nobody Can Stop It: RGV On Vyuham Censor

Ram Gopal Varma’s Vyuham is announced for November 10th release date and in a surprise to the makers, the Censor board sent it to the revision committee due to reasons unknown.

RGV arranged a press meeting to reveal and clarify the same. While assuring that Vyuham will be released in theaters, RGV said he came to clarify what’s happening before any other media starts speculating.

Saying that he would not know why the censor board suggested it to revised, Ram Gopal Varma says he and the producer would be lawful and abide by the censor procedure. RGV further said they have their own ‘vyuhams’ for the Vyuham movie release and he doesn’t want to reveal the secret now.

RGV admits hearing about Nara Lokesh approaching the Censor board through a letter objecting to Vyuham’s release but he has no official information about it.

Ram Gopal Varma comments that the ‘censor’ is an outdated system that was introduced when there were no satellites, OTT, and other mediums. In these days of smartphones and memes, anyone can post anything on social media, and the certification got stuck only with cinema.

Concluding the press meet, RGV said, ‘Aracethini addupetti suryidni aapaledu’. Meanwhile, he also posted the censor letter advising the Revision Committee to look into it.
