Buzz: Hero’s Expensive ‘Brand’ Affair

This young hero is yet to make his mark in Tollywood though he comes from a reputed family that can change the fate of their stars easily. And then, the hero himself is known for good looks and candid talk. Apparently, a talk is now doing rounds that the hero is now causing a lot of ‘budget’ headaches for the producers investing in the youngster.

Recently, a big production house carved a movie with this young hero, and it seems the hero is the one calling a lot of shots. Just taste this snippet about the costumes budget, to understand things better.

While the costumes budget spent on the total changes the heroine has throughout the film cost only ₹8 lakhs, the hero’s costumes are said to have burned the pockets of the producers. They are said to have spent nearly ₹40 lakhs on the costumes, as the hero insisted on using only costumes from reputed brands, stating that using local costumes would dent his image.

In a similar fashion, the hero is said to have been involved in various other things related to production, increasing the expenditure in the name of his image, thus creating extra expenditure for the makers.

People in the know stated that if the hero fails to reconsider his extravagant choices, surely he might get a jolt soon, like how few heroes faced such repercussions from the producers earlier.
