Last night, the 75 films of Victory Venkatesh were celebrated in style under the hosting of Rana Daggubati as #Venky75 On the eve of Venky’s Saindhav, his 75th movie, gearing up for Sankranthi release, this event gained prominence. While the event will be aired only on ETV, as the channel’s OTT arm ETV Win acquired the digital streaming rights, the pictures from the evening were a delight to fans.
Many other stars who were supposed to come couldn’t make it due to shooting commitments, including Mahesh Babu who has been working day and night for the last 4-days to wrap up Guntur Kaaram. It is coming out that Mahesh called the hosts of the event every hour, right from 7 pm, to check out by what time the event would get wrapped such that he could come and join. With the shooting of the Guntur Kaaram song getting delayed, Mahesh continuously called the organisers to ask if they could wait for an hour more.
While the shoot of Mahesh’s song got wrapped by 10:30 pm, the star hero was ready to come straight to the JRC Convention from Annapurna Studios, but by that time, #Venky75 was almost close to completion. However, Mahesh is still ready to come and take part in the event, even if other stars left, but then, Rana and his teammates don’t want Mahesh take too much stress to attend the event, and they thank him for the continuous phone calls and intent to turn up at the event.
Well, Mahesh rarely misses out on such opportunities, but this time, it didn’t happen due to tight schedules. Previously Mahesh and Venky’s Seetha Vaakitlo Sirimalle Chettu treat is a tremendous mania on and off the screen.
