Ahead of the assembly elections in Andhra Pradesh, a series of political films are gearing up for release. One of them is Raajadhani Files, which is based on the Amaravati farmers’ protest. The film’s theatrical trailer was unveiled this morning.
Raajadhani Files portrays the plight of Amaravati farmers when YS Jagan Mohan Reddy decided to shift the state’s capital city after forming the government. The trailer showcases the events and the hardships faced by Amaravati farmers during the entire process of the capital city shift. The makers altered the names of places and political leaders to avoid controversies.
On the whole, Raajadhani Files seems to be an interesting political drama that has the potential to create political ripples in Andhra Pradesh.
Directed by Bhanu, the film features Akhilan, Veena, Vinodh Kumar, Vani Vishwanath, Pavan, Madhu, Ajay Rathnam and Shanmukh in the key roles. Mani Sharma composed the music for it. Kantamanenie Ravishankar produced the project under his banner TeluguOne Productions.
