Which Telugu Hero Should Have Done Maharaja?

The film ‘Maharaja’ featuring Tamil hero Vijay Sethupathi is currently getting talked about for its intense screenplay and strong emotion in the latter part of the second half.

However, those who have seen the film are busy discussing why wouldn’t Telugu stars do such films, and some are thinking about the probable candidates who might land in Sethupathi’s role quite well in case the film was made in Telugu earlier.

Well, we can see on social media already that some movie lovers have commented that Megastar Chiranjeevi would be the apt choice for the movie. Some have even commented that if he had done the film surely it would have beaten all his previous records.

At the same time, many are suggesting the name of Venkatesh for the role. Probably it would look like another Drishyam kind of film if the senior Telugu heroes do it. So, among the young heroes who would suit the role?

On the other hand, Maharaja is doing exceptionally well in the Nizam region as the film collected more than ₹1.5+ crores gross in two days of release. This is just the stamina of word of mouth but not anything else.
