Ex-Cop, Ex-GF, Excellent Wife, Excited Me: Venkatesh

Venkatesh will be seen as an ex-cop in the wholesome entertainer Sankranthiki Vasthunnam, directed by Anil Ravipudi and produced by Sri Venkateswara Creations. The movie has generated great interest through its songs, trailer, and other promotions.

Venkatesh has also promoted the movie energetically. “It happened naturally. I really liked the music. I enjoy dancing, and as soon as I heard some of the tunes, I felt crazy energy in them. Director Anil Ravipudi, the two heroines- we had a lively team. We wanted to try something new in the promotions, and I’m happy that the audience has enjoyed it so far.”

The actor revealed what really excited him when he first heard the story. “The concept of Ex-Cop, Ex-Girlfriend, Excellent Wife, sounded very fresh. I knew right away that it was a guaranteed hit. Anil and I share a super-hit combination. We’re very friendly, and the comedy style in this film is a bit different.”

He stated that Bheems gave the best music for the movie. “Bheems worked really hard to create the best music. He was confident that this film would be a great break for him. As soon as we heard the first tune, we knew it was a hit, and it became a super blockbuster. Godari Gattu crossed 85 million views, and all the songs have received amazing responses.”

Venkatesh also expressed his enjoyment in appearing on NBK’s Unstoppable show, adding that he had a great time.
