From Junior To Kuberaa, Have A Look At Theatrical & OTT Releases Of This Week

July is turning out to be another dry month for the film industry. Except for the Hollywood film Superman, none of the new releases managed to do well at the box office. This Friday, there are a few notable films lined up for release. It has to be seen if they manage to do well and provide a respite to the market. Here is a look at them.

1. Junior:

Starring Kireeti and Sreeleela in the lead roles, this commercial entertainer is set for a grand release in Telugu and Kannada on July 18. Genelia is making her comeback after a long time in Telugu cinema with this movie. Radha Krishna Reddy has directed the project.

2. Kothapallilo Okappudu:

Producer Praveena Paruchuri of C/o Kancherapalem and Umamaheshwara Ugraroopasya fame has turned into a director with this movie. Presented by Rana Daggubati, this movie features newcomers like Manoj Chandra, Monika T and Usha Bonela in lead roles. It is set for a theatrical release on July 18.

3. Nikita Roy:

Starring Sonakshi Sinha in the lead role, this mystery thriller is slated for its release this Friday. It was helmed by Sonakshi’s brother Kussh Sinha.
