Superstar Rajinikanth’s Coolie is one of the huge anticipated projects in the coming days. Despite a clash with War 2, there is a positive buzz surrounding this film. Lokesh Kanagaraj is directing the film and so far, there are no hints about the movie. However, there are two different plots in circulation for the film.
With a huge star cast involved, it is not possible to guess the film’s exact plot.
One of the plots in circulation is: An aging gold smuggler uses stolen tech hidden in vintage golden watches to revive his old mafia crew. But his plan to reclaim his empire spirals into something bigger, a new universe forged from crime, greed, and broken time.
While the second plot says: Delves into a man’s relentless quest for vengeance since youth, driven by righting past wrongs, shaping his very existence. Viewers experience the complexities of his tumultuous vendetta journey.
Both plots look creatively gripping and strong enough to hold the curiosity of the audience. However, the difference comes with the execution. Rajinikanth’s look also indicates that he is a mafia person or a gold smuggler. The watch which is also showcased on posters hint at something unique getting unfolded on the screen. With the film having no connection with the LCU universe, we have to see how things will be unfolded.
Apart from Rajinikanth, the film also features Shruti Haasan, Upendra, Aamir Khan, Soubin Shahir, Nagarjuna and others. The film will release on August 14th.
