Superstar Mahesh Babu and Namrata Shirodkar’s GMB Entertainment, in collaboration with A+S Movies and SriChakraas Entertainments, bring forth a visionary new project, Rao Bahadur starring Satya Dev.

Helmed by acclaimed filmmaker Venkatesh Maha of C/o Kancharapalem and Uma Maheswara Ugra Roopasya fame, the film marks a bold leap into the realm of psychological drama.

Unveiled by ace director SS Rajamouli, the Not A Teaser video is more than a promo. It’s an invitation into a surreal world where love, memory, and madness collide.

Rao Bahadur is a haunting tale set amidst the ruins of a fading aristocracy. Satya Dev’s character, cloaked in mystery, lives in an old mansion, convinced that he is tormented not by ghosts, but by doubt itself, a spectral force eating away at his sanity.

Glimpses of a forgotten romance, an ominous police inquiry, and eerie distortions of time hint at a narrative rich with secrets.

Satya Dev immersed himself completely in the character, portraying a multi-shaded role to perfection. His old-age get-up is a surprise package.

Venkatesh Maha paints this world with poetic melancholy and artistic boldness, supported by Kartik Parmar’s expressive cinematography, Smaran Sai’s thrilling score, and Rohan Singh’s atmospheric production design.

The production values appear majestic throughout, and the video has certainly raised expectations for the film’s summer 2026 release.
