Why the Success of Outsiders Is Important: Vijay Explains!

Vijay Deverakonda is relatively an outsider to get into the star league of actors in the movie industry. When he began his career, he struggled hard to get a big break. Even before Yevade Subrahmanyam happened, Vijay did blink and miss roles in some films, cameos in Avunu, Life Is Beautiful, and other movies. But today, he is a star who is an inspiration for many to try their luck in cinema. Last night, he was at the success event of Little Hearts where he stated why it is important to acknowledge the success of outsiders.

Vijay Deverakonda heaped praises on the entire team of Little Hearts in the first place. Even before watching the movie, he called the film’s lead Mouli and other team members to his home. He even gifted Rowdy Wear clothing to Mouli and others. He spent a quality time of over three hours with them. Later, he watched the movie and appreciated the team behind it. Despite his busy schedule, he made time for the film’s success meet yesterday, only because of the fact that a bunch of outsiders struggled hard to make this happen.

“After becoming an actor, I realised why it is important to celebrate the success of outsiders. Today, this bunch of boys and a few girls made a film without any background or support. It feels great and we must appreciate it,” said Vijay who added that this success inspires more people to test their luck.

Vijay Deverakonda said, “Why it is important to celebrate the success of these people is that this inspires more people to strive hard and test their luck in cinema. Looking at Mouli today, more people will get a hope that they can become an actor and they can also try their luck. It will bring more people to the film industry. Looking at Mouli’s success today, I feel very special. It feels personal too.”

Additionally, Vijay also told Mouli not to consider anyone’s advice seriously and not to try to live like someone else but stay grounded and continue being Mouli.

Mouli Tanuj Prashanth and Shivani Nagaram played the lead roles in Little Hearts. Directed by debutant Sai Marthand, the film LIttle Hearts was made on a minimal budget of 2.5 Crs and it minted over 35 Cr rupees gross at the box office. Almost eveyone is realtively new and has no background in cinema. Many celebrities are tweeting about the film and expressing interest to meet them, which itself is a big success for all of them.
