Young Director Confirms He Is Not Part Of Rajini-Kamal Multi-starrer

For the last few weeks, it has been widely reported that Superstar Rajinikanth and Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan are teaming up for a multi-starrer film after decades. Initially, it was rumoured that directors like Lokesh Kanagaraj or Pradeep Ranganathan would helm this highly anticipated project.

Responding to the rumours, Predeep confirmed that he is not directing the film. Speaking in a recent interview, Pradeep said that he is not directing because he is focusing on acting right now. When asked whether he was approached to direct this project, Pradeep said, “I can’t talk about anything much at this point of time,” he further added.

Going by Pradeep’s answer, netizens are assuming that he might have been offered to direct the film, but he chose not to, only to focus on acting. People opined that if it is true, it is indeed a shocking decision from him, as no one would leave a chance to direct such a huge multi-starrer film.

Pradeep made his directorial debut with Comali. Later, he turned into a lead actor with his second directorial, Love Today. After that, he left direction and is solely focusing on acting. He will be soon seen in Dude, which is slated for Diwali release.
