Siddhu Jonnalagadda took part in an honest roundtable discussion about his film Telusu Kada after its release on Gulte Pro. Instead of doing regular pre-release promotions, he chose to speak later so he could respond openly based on how people reacted.
He shared that the film’s title was suggested by Neerja and it reflects the mindset of the main character. “Telusu Kada” is a phrase that suggests an unspoken understanding in relationships and life — something people already know without saying out loud. This silent knowing drives the emotions of the hero, Varun.
The story is told from Varun’s perspective, focusing on his heartbreak and how pain changes him internally. Siddhu said if the film was told from the girl’s side, it would have been too straightforward. Showing the story through Varun added more drama and emotional depth.
Siddhu also explained that he skipped some interviews before release because he wanted the audience to experience the film first, think about it, and then discuss it genuinely.
He thanked viewers and critics for their honest opinions, saying he agreed with many points and would use the feedback to improve his next project.
This conversation reflected Siddhu’s thoughtful mindset and his openness to grow as both an actor and storyteller.
