Megastar Chiranjeevi, seen wearing Ayyappa maala, joined the Ekta Diwas 2K Run organized by the Hyderabad Police and spoke about the growing threat of Deepfake and AI misuse. He praised the event, saying it reflects Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel’s vision of unity and togetherness that shaped modern India.
Speaking to the media, Chiranjeevi appreciated Hyderabad Cyber Police, led by Commissioner Sajjanar, for their strong action against cybercrimes. He revealed that the government is now working on tighter laws to stop the spread of Deepfake videos and other online misuse.
Chiranjeevi shared that while technology has made life easier, its darker side must be addressed through awareness and legal measures. He urged everyone to use technology responsibly and not harm others for entertainment or attention.
On the work front, Chiranjeevi is busy shooting for his upcoming Sankranti film Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu, directed by Anil Ravipudi.
