Bollywood Breaking Rashmika’s Success Streak?

Rashmika is currently one of the top actresses in Indian cinema, juggling several projects across the Hindi and South Indian film industries. However, recent trends suggest that her Bollywood film might be slowing down the momentum of her prime career with consecutive flops.

Rashmika had a slow start in Bollywood with her first two films, Goodbye and Mission Majnu, being big flops. However, she scored massive hits with her next Hindi films Animal and Chhavaa. In between, she scored a pan-India hit with Pushpa 2 as well. After three consecutive blockbusters, people thought there was no stopping for her career in any film industry.

However, the hit streak was broken with Sikandar, which was released in the summer this year. It was a big flop at the box office. But Rashmika came back strong by scoring a decent hit with Kuberaa in June. Again, her successful form was stopped by the recent release, Thamma.

Though it was a part of the highly successful Maddock Horror Cinematic Universe, Thamma failed to impress the audience and underperformed at the box office. Rashmika, who had high hopes for this film, faced a big disappointment. Now, she needs a strong comeback to shine at the box office. With these straight flops in Hindi, it remains to be seen if Rashmika becomes conscious in her Bollywood choices.

As of now, she is currently awaiting the release of her Telugu film, The Girlfriend, which will hit the screens on November 7. She has Hindi film Cocktail 2 and Telugu film Mysaa in her lineup.
