Filmmakers who realise this fact come up with new strategies to promote their films. Very often, we also see a few filmmakers uniquely promoting the songs as well. The makers of Peddi are following the same route.

Instead of announcing the first single’s name and its release date, the Peddi team opted for a new strategy through an interesting conversation on X. A few days ago, Mahesh Babu, SS Rajamouli, Priyanka Chopra and Prithviraj Sukumaran also involved in such a viral conversation on X, which went viral on social media and increased the hype around their film’s first look unveil on November 15. Now, conversation of Ram Charan, Buchi Babu Sana and AR Rahman is also going viral on social media, increasing anticipation around the first single’s release.

Last night, Ram Charan shared a picture of director Buchi Babu Sana, music director AR Rahman and singer Mohit Chauhan and wrote, “What’s cooking, guys? @BuchiBabuSana, @arrahman sir and @_MohitChauhan ji.” Responding to the same, AR Rahman wrote, “Chikiri Chikiri’ Charan garu”. In his statement, Rahman indirectly revealed the first single’s name, attracting fans’ attention on social media. Director Buchi Babu then quoted Rahman’s tweet with a fire emoji.

With this interesting conversation on X, the trio confirmed the arrival of the first single. They not only announced the news but also managed to grab people’s interest. This new strategy has been striking a good engagement on social media. The combination of Rahman and Mohit Chauhan has a huge fan base across the country, and after knowing that Mohit sang this song, fans just couldn’t wait to listen to it.

With just one post, Ram Charan, Rahman, and Buchi Babu brought all the hype for the first single “Chikiri Chikiri”. It is heard that the song has been choreographed by Jani Master. An official release date for this song is expected to be out soon.

Peddi features Janhvi Kapoor as the female lead. Jagapathi Babu, Shivaraj Kumar and Divyenndu are playing other pivotal roles in the film. Peddi is slated for a pan-India release on March 27, 2026.
