Actor Rana Daggubati, who is quite familiar beyond Tollywood, is looking to make big strides in film production by making movies in multiple languages. He already announced a bunch of new projects under his Spirit Media banner and now revealed his future plans ahead of the release of his maiden production Kaantha, a period thriller starring Dulquer Salmaan in the lead role.
During the promotional event of Kaantha, Rana officially announced that his Spirit Media will make its production debut in Bollywood with versatile Bollywood actor Manoj Bajpayee’s next film, which is going to be an adaptation of acclaimed novel ‘ Last Man in Tower’ written by Aravind Adiga. This interesting film will be directed by Ben Rekhi and will bring together an exceptional team of creative collaborators from the across the globe.
Spirit Media, which was founded in 2005, is billed as a new age media business which specializes in content development and distribution, talent management, creative brand marketing services and Blockchain enabled digital content market place. Of late, it is aggressively into film production and distribution. Besides Kaantha, Spirit Media is backing films like Dark Chocolate, Psyche Siddharth and Premante.
Rana Daggubati wants to encourage talented writers and directors and looking to partner with creative producers from different languages and film industries.
