Mahavatar Narsimha is one of the most successful movies at the box office. The animated film on Lord Narsimha Swamy impressed audiences across all age groups. Now, an interesting update on the film is that it has been nominated for the Oscars.
The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences released the full list of films eligible for the 98th Academy Awards across Best Animated Feature, Best Documentary Feature, and Best International Feature categories. Ashwin Kumar’s Mahavatar Narsimha was listed among the movies, and it has tough competition as well.
The other movies that will compete with Mahavatar Narsimha are: KPop Demon Hunters, Zootopia 2, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Infinity Castle and many more.
Mahavatar Narsimha is the first part of the franchise. Mahavatar Parshuram (2027) is the next release in the franchise. We will also be witnessing Mahavatar Raghunandan, Mahavatar Dwarkadhish, Mahavatar Gokulananda, and Mahavatar Kalki.
