Ustaad Bhagat Singh: Very Big Statement From Producer

After creating a box office havoc with Sujeeth’s OG this year, Pawan Kalyan is looking to continue his form with Harish Shankar’s cop drama Ustaad Bhagat Singh which is gearing up for release during Summer next year. The makers are reportedly planning to release the film in April and the exact date is yet to be finalized. 

Meanwhile, producer Ravi, one of the partners of Mythri Movie Makers, made a big statement about this film during the pre-release event of Andhra King Taluka in Hyderabad this evening. Talking on stage, Ravi amplified the buzz on the film with his tall claims. Asserting big confidence in the content, Ravi said the whole team strongly believes that Ustaad Bhagat Singh will surpass high expectations and outperform Pawan’s recent smash hit ‘OG’.

Ravi stated that the release date of Ustaad Bhagat Singh will be officially announced very soon and promised to match the solid hype in audience as Harish Shankar made the film as a tribute to Pawan Kalyan. He also predicted that the film will shatter box office records in every single region without any doubt and will emerge as a sensational hit of Tollywood. 

Usually producers and directors exude confidence in the output of their films and try to augment the hype during promotions. But, the manner in which producer Ravi spoke highly about Ustaad Bhagat Singh months ahead of its release has now become a talking point among moviegoers. 

No doubt, Ustaad Bhagat Singh is carrying humongous expectations because of the heady combination of Harish Shankar and Pawan Kalyan. But, the question now is whether it can live up to those high expectations. If the statement made by the producer turns out to be true, it will be another Gabbar Singh at the box office for sure during the Summer season. 

Director Harish Shankar has reportedly tweaked the story of Vijay’s Theri and made sensible changes according to Telugu nativity for Ustaad Bhagat Singh. Pawan Kalyan will once again appear as a cop in this commercial potboiler. Sree Leela and Rashi Kanna are female leads and Devi Sri Prasad composed the soundtrack.
