Ram Calls AKT the Proudest Film of His Career

Ram Pothineni’s most ambitious project, Andhra King Taluka, directed by Mahesh Babu and produced by Mythri Movie Makers, is carrying excellent reports. The promotional activities are on the right track. Today, the team organized a massive music concert in Vizag, which saw an enormous turnout.

Mahesh Babu made an interesting revelation about the film’s initial title. “When I was writing this story, the title I originally chose was Masterpiece. I wanted it to become a masterpiece. When Mythri Ravi heard the first half and hugged me, I understood that this story truly has substance. There was a lot of teamwork involved in transforming this film from Masterpiece to Andhra King Taluka. Every single character in this movie will be relatable to you.

Directing a star director like Upendra was the toughest part for me. He performed beyond his star status. Ram has put in his best efforts for the movie. This is not a fan-hero story; it’s a premise. Within us, there is a father, a son, and a lover boy. Similarly, there is also a fan within us. There is a misconception about fandom. This film contains every emotion that exists in life.”

Upendra said that Andhra King Taluka will remain a very special film to him. “After seeing how I represented the character of a star, every star’s fan will puff their chest with pride. Director Mahesh has made the film wonderfully. This movie has all the commercial elements such as love, action, elevations, and more. You must witness Ram’s energy.”

Ram sang on stage along with composers Vivek & Mervin, becoming the major highlight of the event. He stated that after playing the role of a fan in this movie, he felt he should give everything the character demanded.

“Andhra King Taluka is the proudest film of my career. The entire team’s effort is why this movie has turned out so beautifully. When Mahesh cast Bhagyashri Borse, we wondered if she could perform, given how glamorous she looks. But she is a great actress in addition to being glamorous. I don’t think she deserves an award; the award deserves her, because that would give the award some value.

Mahesh came into my life at a very crucial point. The Telugu film industry deserves a director like Mahesh. He delivered a commercial film while conveying a good message. Upendra inspired many, and a fan’s story truly moved me. Frankly speaking, I have seen lows, but I have no fear. To rise in life, one needs passion and purpose. I have these two in tonnes and tonnes. I’m coming, I’m rising, and I’m just hitting it out of the park.”

The film is set for release on November 27th.
