Not With Chiru, But Karthi Joining Venky?

Tamil star Karthi’s name is once again making rounds in Tollywood circles. Interestingly, the latest speculation links him to Anil Ravipudi’s upcoming film with Venkatesh. While nothing has been officially confirmed, industry chatter suggests that the makers are considering Karthi for a key role in the project.

A few weeks ago, reports strongly indicated that Fahadh Faasil had been finalized to play an important character alongside Venkatesh. That news created quite a buzz, given Fahadh’s pan-India appeal and intense screen presence. However, fresh whispers now hint at a possible change in plans, with Karthi’s name surfacing as a potential choice instead.

Interestingly, this isn’t the first time Karthi has been linked with a major Telugu biggie. Earlier, there were strong reports that he would collaborate with Chiranjeevi in a film directed by Bobby Kolli. Eventually, the makers seemed to have explored other options, and the combination didn’t materialize.

Now, with Anil Ravipudi’s film gaining momentum, Karthi is once again said to be in discussions. If this casting works out, it would certainly add fresh energy to the project and widen its reach across markets in Tamil Nadu. For now, fans will have to wait for an official word from the team.
