Rashmika & Vijay’s Official Statement on Wedding

Love birds Rashmika Mandanna Shetty and Vijay Deverakonda ended the much-dragged suspense about their wedding. The couple took to Instagram to make it official that they are entering wedlock. Sharing the same story on Instagram, the couple announced their wedding in style, calling it the wedding of VIROSH – a name that the fans gave.

“Before we made any plans, before we chose anything for ourselves — you were already there. With so much love, you gave us a name. You called us ‘VIROSH’. So today — with full hearts, we name our coming together in your honour. We would like to name it — ‘The Wedding of VIROSH’. Thank you for holding us with so much love. You are a part of us — always. Biggest hugs and full love (sic)!” the couple wrote.

Already, the wedding festivities have begun, and it will be a private event. The two families have already left for Udaipur, where the wedding is scheduled to take place.

The haldi ceremony will take place on February 24, followed by the sangeet ceremony on February 25, and the wedding on February 26. The venue is said to be a secluded hill resort on the outskirts of Udaipur, most likely The Mementos by ITC Hotels.

The couple will throw a lavish wedding reception for the guests from the film industry from 7 PM onwards on March 4th, at Taj Krishna. Several personalities from the film and political fields are expected to grace the grand event.
