Shalini Pandey has faced a tough phase on the silver screen in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi with films like Nishabdham, Idli Kadai and recently Rahu Ketu not performing as expected.
Even though the theatre results were disappointing, she did not slow down. On OTT, she found a fresh space for herself. Last year, she impressed many with the Hindi female oriented action thriller web series Dabba Cartel, which gained good popularity. Now her recent release Bandwaale also brought her appreciation, especially for her role as Mariam where she showed a different emotional depth.
