AR Rahman to Blaze “Peddi” Buzz in the North?

Mega Powerstar Ram Charan’s upcoming biggie Peddi is scheduled for a grand release on June 4th. Directed by Buchi Babu Sana, the film unit is now planning to launch the trailer on May 16th at an exclusive event in Bhopal. Interestingly, all eyes are on AR Rahman as he will be performing live at the event.

There is no doubt that Peddi will quickly gain buzz down South. The film already generated a huge buzz in the film circles and will continue to do so even after the launch of trailer.

However, what is important is to create a hype in the North belt. Especially after the success of RRR, Ram Charan wanted to capitalise on the same which did not happen with Game Changer.

As a result, Charan is now hoping to score big with Peddi across the pan-India which is why they are releasing the trailer at a big public event in Bhopal. Despite the presence of Ram Charan and Jahnvi Kapoor for that matter, AR Rahman’s name can pull big crowds to theatres.

Already, the two songs that came out did well across the nation. While Mohit Chouhan crooned one song, the other one was sung by Rahman. The two songs claimed top spots on chartbusters already. If Rahman is going to perform the two songs again , that will create an impact.
