It is already known that the Indian judiciary system brought up the POCSO case system to severely punish brutalities and exploitation of underage children. This is a very serious case that can have lethal consequences.
Coming to the topic now, the latest developments are suggesting that Karimnagar MP, Union minister and senior BJP leader Bandi Sanjay’s son Bhageerath has been booked in a POCSO case.
A minor girl complained that Bhageerath misbehaved with her at a private place in Moinabad back on December 31 last year. She even claimed that she was illicitly intoxicated against her will on the same day.
Subsequently, POCSO case was registered against Bhageerath and he’s bound to face the legal consequences for the same now.
However, this youngster was not willing to back down as he himself filed a honey trap case against the alleged victim and her family members.
In the FIR registered against the family and girl who is allegedly minor, Bhageerath has accused them of using text, videos to blackmail him in the name of marriage.
According to him, the duo were In a friendly relationship and ended on a bitter note with him refusing to marry her, as stated in the FIR.
The fact that one of the senior most BJP leaders and union minister Bandi Sanjay’s son has been caught in such an issue has led to several political discussions all over.
