HD Trailer: Taapsee Shines In This ‘bloody’ Love Conspiracy

Taapsee Pannu, who tries to be different with her career choices, comes up with yet another interesting film. Titled Haseen Dillruba, the trailer of this movie dropped just about a while ago. Sharing it, Taapsee tweeted, “Ek Tha Raja, Ek Thi Rani, hui shuru ek khooni prem kahani. #HaseenDillruba #TheUltimateKaunspiracy.”

The trailer hints that the story revolves around a small-town woman who gets accused of her husband’s murder. Her affair with a macho neighbor is suspected to be the motive to commit the crime. Right after her husband’s murder, the lady’s lover also goes missing. All these factors make this story taut and intriguing.

Taapsee looks absolutely comfortable doing the role. We have seen her attempting a similar character in the movie Manmarziyaan. But this film seems to have a ‘bloody twist’ added to it. Lead actors Vikrant Massey and Harshavardhan Rane also seem apt in their roles. Finally, it looks good to see Rane in an author-backed role. The dialogues are quirky and impress us right away.

Kanika Dhillon, who wrote films like Manmarziyaan and Mentall Hai Kya, has written the story, screenplay, and dialogues of this movie. Vinil Mathew of Hasee Toh Phasee fame has directed the project. Haseen Dillruba will premiere on Netflix on July 2.
