US: Shooting On School Bus, 8 Teens Injured!

Philadelphia police have released video footage of three suspects wanted in connection with a mass shooting that injured eight students at a SEPTA bus stop in the city’s Burholme neighborhood.

The incident, which occurred around 3 p.m. at Rising Sun and Cottman avenues, left students from Northeast High School wounded.

According to reports, the suspects exited a dark blue 2019 Hyundai Sonata and opened fire on the group waiting for the bus. One 16-year-old victim was critically injured, while seven others, aged between 15 and 17, sustained gunshot wounds.

The suspects, who fired over 30 shots, fled the scene towards Cheltenham Township. Additionally, two SEPTA buses were struck by gunfire, but no passengers or employees were injured.

This marks the fourth shooting involving a SEPTA bus in less than a week, prompting increased police resources and calls for community action to address gun violence. Authorities urge anyone with information to contact the police.
