AP Student Dies Of Severe Heart Attack During Evening Walk In US

Thirty-year-old Sai Krishna Rama Chander Raju Alluri, a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University and a current resident of Herndon, Virginia, passed away suddenly when he went for an evening walk at 3 pm on September 3, 2025, in the United States. He belongs to Andhra Pradesh.

When Raju failed to return to the room even after a long time in the evening, his roommates grew concerned and contacted 911. Police swung into action and investigate the case. They informed his roommates about Sai’s death due to a severe heart attack.

His family is trying to get Sai’s body to India, with the help of his roommates in the US. Sai’s friends are pooling funds online for repatriation of the body.

His family in India, friends and acquaintances were shocked on  hearing to the news of his sudden death. Sai was a very kind and compassionate young man, who was determined to build a better future, they said.

Raju reached the US to complete his master’s degree and work hard towards a prosperous life. Neighbours remember Sai’s ever-smiling face and willingness to lend a helping hand, irrespective of the circumstance.

Netizens also expressed shock over the news as many could not comprehend what could have led to the sudden death, even when he appeared fit and was very young.
