Trump Madness: Will He Attack Indian Ships Now?

Considering the failed negotiations between the United States and Iran, US president, Donald Trump has taken a pretty strong decision with regard to the Strait of Hormuz. 

It was officially announced by President Trump that the United States Navy will immediately be enforcing a blockade at the Hormuz which restricts any country vessel from entering, staying, or exiting the Strait of Hormuz. 

But this brings us to the question, whether Donald Trump would instruct the United States Navy to attack Indian vessels that were specially permitted by Iran to travel the Strait. 

Incidentally, Iran had granted special transit approval through strait of Hormus for only five nations India, China, Russia, Iraq, and Pakistan. 

If these countries continues to trade with Iran, send and receive ships from Hormuz, would Trump attack them as he said any ship allowed by Iran would be attacked? If America attacks vessels of Russia, China and India, what would be the consequences? Would it lead to world war?

On the other hand, Iran had also communicated that they had planted mines across the motorway, which only they can identify and dissipate. If the United States starts travelling these routes without authorisation, their own navy fleet could take a beating. 

So with so much uncertainty happening on this crucial International oil trade route, it has to be seen where Trump would lead global politics.
