The T-shirt simply reads “End H1B End H4 End OPT”. The picture has now been widely shared on social media, triggering how much hatred around the US work visa system and the growing opposition to H-1B visas.

The H-1B program has a particularly strong connection with Indian professionals, as Indians account for the majority of H-1B approvals. As a result, any major changes to H-1B, H-4 or OPT policies are closely watched by the Indian-American community and thousands of Indians working and studying in the US.
