Kesineni Nani to quit politics?

Vijayawada MP Kesineni Nani is not reachable to the TDP and he categorically hinted that he will not contest the next elections and continue politics after his term ends. Nani has been upset with TDP high command since long but has been patiently waiting for the things and controversies to settle down.

It all started with Vijayawada corporation elections. During the Mayor selections in March this year, TDP leaders Buddha Venkanna and Bonda Uma made serious comments against MP Nani. Though the two times Parliamentarian hit back at Buddha and Bonda, he asked TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu to intervene in this controversy.

Till date the TDP chief Chandrababu did not settle the issue and so Nani is said to be unhappy with the party leadership. Recently when Chandrababu visited Vijayawada city, Nani stayed away and this turned into a huge debate.

From the media reports we hear that Nani sent a message to Chandrababu that neither he nor his daughter will contest the next elections and may quit politics too. Yet again there lacks a response from Chandrababu.

Not just Nani’s episode, it’s the same scenario for many senior leaders and the TDP leadership is not addressing their concerns which would do more damage for the party.
