While the farmers of North India, especially those of Punjab state are in a festive mood with the announcement of withdrawal of controversial Farm Laws, one person is deeply disappointed. She is Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut.
Taking to her Instagram story, Kangana used the words ‘Sad, shameful and absolutely unfair’ in her initial reaction. “If people on the street have started to make laws and not the chosen government in the Parliament then even this is a jihadi nation… Congratulations to all who wanted it like this,” added Kangana in the same story.
Those are strong words and calling ‘Jihadi’ nation will invite unwanted troubles. But troubles are never new for Kangana.
In her next Instagram story, the ‘Manikarnika’ actress went on to wish Indira Gandhi on her 104th birth anniversary. “when the conscience of the nation is in deep sleep, lath (stick) is the only solution and dictatorship is the only resolution.. Happy Birthday Madam Prime Minister,” wrote Kangana and this is made in a mockery manner.
