YS Sunitha, daughter YS Vivekananda Reddy, is most likely to be fielded as the TDP’s candidate for Kadapa Parliament constituency. Sunitha Reddy will be pitted against incumbent MP and YSRCP leader YS Avinash Reddy. YS Viveka was the former MP of Kadapa who was brutally killed in his own house in Pulivendula. TDP is suspecting Avinash Reddy’s role in Viveka’s murder.
While there is no breakthrough in the murder case, YS Sunitha is said to be deeply upset and fret over the delay in solving the case. CBI is investigating YS Viveka’s murder. Amidst YSRCP and BJP’s close ties and secret political pact, TDP suspected that the real culprit in Viveka’s murder wouldn’t be identified.
Amidst all this, TDP is wanting to field YS Sunitha as its MP candidate. If this goes as per the plan, it will bring a new headache to CM YS Jaganmohan Reddy in his home turf. Jagan is already facing issues within the family due to a rift with sister YS Sharmila and mother YS Vijayamma. If YS Sunitha joins TDP and contests from Kadapa parliament, it will add to the woes.
Meanwhile, TDP is leaving no stone unturned to corner YS Jagan and his party in the next general elections. TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu, who is known for his mastermind in politics, is exploring all options to defeat Jagan.
