Delhi Liquor scam: ED Raids YCP MP’s House

The Enforcement Directorate has expedited its investigation in the Delhi Liquor Scam. On Friday, the ED held raids at 40 different locations including Hyderabad. Surprisingly the raids have touched AP and in Nellore, a team of ED is holding raids at residences related to a few businessmen.

And the biggest of all in this scam is, ED is carrying out raids at YCP MP Magunta Srinivasulu Reddy’s residence in the national capital. Magunta resides at Lodhi Road in Delhi and his bungalow number is 95. The YCP sources are unavailable to comment on ED raids as of now but the party has knowledge of the happenings.

Before this, ED had held raids in Hyderabad a couple of times. Businessman Ramchandra Pillai who is allegedly involved in this scam, was raided by the ED. He appointed Abhishek Boianapalli, Gandra Premasagar Rao as the directors of Robin Distilleries which is owned by Ramachandra Pillai. All the three were under the ED radar in connection with the same.

The AAP government claims that there is no scam involved in the liquor policy but the ED is conducting these raids at the best interest of PM Modi.

And in today’s raids, ED has not informed the media or released a press statement so far.
